Methodology
Each delegate will receive a preliminary one to one consultation to establish specific needs for development. An appropriate and customised coaching solution will then be designed according to the desired outcomes that have been identified. Each session is undertaken on our premises in our private consulting room, during the business day or outside of office hours and will typically run for an hour. The content and number of sessions varies with each delegate. The 1-2-1 Executive Coaching sessions provide each delegate with time-phased learning for gradual skill development and encourage practical application of the tools in the working environment. Accountability and monitoring are integral elements of the programme, which promote immediate results and measurable progress.
Since our specialist field is Neuro-Linguistic Programming in business, we incorporate a level of NLP in this programme. Whilst our INLPTA NLP Business Certification programmes will extensively explore the science and theory of this discipline and how to apply it in the workplace, the 1-2-1 Executive Coaching programme will occasionally discuss the art of NLP, employing a select amount of techniques and principles from the INLPTA NLP syllabus, when appropriate, in the delivery of each coaching session.
