1-2-1 Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is about developing managers and leaders to perform at their best. Through sharing knowledge and learning, engaging in reflective dialogue and setting personal development and business objectives, a coaching programme will empower individuals to confidently fulfil their management role. Using the leadership expectations, a series of 1 or 2 hours one-to-one coaching sessions will facilitate the process of self-awareness and self-development through a process that stretches, challenges, questions and set goals for personal and professional transformation.
