Who should take this course ?   Any person who is quite fit as plastering rendering and pebbledashing are hands on trades for advancement in your profession these courses are ideal for builders, painters, bricklayers, and other construction trades who wish to advance there careers if you are starting out in plastering as a plasterer these are the ideal crash courses.   Goldtrowel offers you training in lifesize rooms.Prior to the practical course you receive upon deposit the following training material:Plasterers Training manual (download free). You should download & study the training manual FREE from Members Login. After the course has been completed you are given after care support with the use of the Plasterers Forums. The weekend plastering courses are ideal for builders and Diy enthusiasts the practical skills you gain are of a good standard and will cover the following:


  • You begin by replacing a ceiling as in a real world situation with new boards set correctly

  • In the afternoon you will 2 coat skim the ceiling

  • On day 2 you will skim the walls and carry out a re-skim to a different ceiling requiring a paint finish  (If you would prefer to cover something else we can accommodate this)

    Goldtrowel is the UK's No1 Training Centre.  We offer a full range of courses from Plastering, Polished Plastering,Tiling and Bricklaying, including weekend Internal and External plastering courses. These courses are for people looking to change careers and also learn new skills.There are 44 walls to plaster, 20 Ceiling to skim. Our facilities are the best there i.  Based on old houses, you will be able to trouble shoot easier, when you are away from our Training environment.  You will learn more during your stay here than ever before. You will be a competent Plasterers when you leave Goldtrowel.  Hard work, the desire to give 100% you will certainly be given that from our A1 Assessors/Instructors, this is our Number 1 aim.  For all our students to suceed on what ever course.
