3rd annual Public Sector Transformation Summit 2010

18th March 2010, The ICC, Broad Street, Birmingham

Building on the strength of the previous summits, the main premise of the 2010 event is focusing on “Maintaining and Improving Public Services in a Reduced Budget Environment”. Furthermore, the support of senior figures from central and local government illustrates that the 3rd annual Public Sector Transformation Summit has now been firmly established in the Government event calendar.

Following a plenary session, the summit will be split into three streams, which will allow you to focus on the areas which are relevant to your specific area of work.

This crucial event will enable you to:

- Hear how the transformation of services will continue to add value even in an economic downturn

- Highlight new ways of evaluating, optimising and re-engineering your services

- Master new technologies and how to integrate these within existing frameworks more cost efficiently

- Empower your team with new leadership strategies

- Reach your end goals and ways to get transformation back on track

- Gain insights into the end-user and customer to meet higher expectations

- Examine the implications of Total Place, shared services and other new initiatives for transformation
