Is it for me?
This programme is for those actively assessing NVQ candidates.
What do I need?
In order to achieve this award you will need access to, at least, two registered NVQ candidates and be part of the quality assurance processes of the organisation in which you are working.
What will I study?
The workshops will cover best practice in planning for assessment, making assessment decisions and giving constructive feedback to candidates which allows them to improve performance.
Assessment
Production of a portfolio of evidence to support competence as an assessor.
Professional discussion and Observation of feedback to candidate.
How will I be taught?
Through four workshops.
