What will I study?
A post GCSE qualification normally studied as part of a programme of 3 'A' levels. Suitable for entry to higher education, it extends GCSE knowledge of mechanics, electricity, waves, properties of matter as well as nuclear and elementary particle physics.

How can I progress?
Students can progress onto Higher Education or Employment. Many Engineering, Technology, Science degrees require a knowledge of Physics.

What will I need to qualify for this course?
In order to qualify for this course students must; *Have at least five GCSE passes at grade C or above, including Maths and Science or equivalent at grade 'B'.

Course Structure
Whilst studying towards this qualification the following modules will be covered; AS - *Particles, Quantum Phenomena and Electricity *Mechanics, Materials and Waves *Investigative and Practical Skills A2 - *Fields and Further Mechanics *Nuclear, Physics, Thermal Physics and Turning Points in Physics *Investigative and Practical Skills.
