Unit 1: Exploration of Drama and Theatre - Practical and theoretical exploration of two contrasting play texts (‘In the Blood’ & 'Our Country’s Good'). Study of one theatre practitioner. Exploration Notes of 3000 words based on your response to practical work on the texts (1500 words on each text). A Live Theatre Evaluation of 1000 words.Unit 2: Theatre Text in Performance (externally assessed) - Learn, stage and perform a monologue to an examiner. Write a 500 word concept for your monologue. Perform in a play directed by your lecturer to a public audience
