What will I do on this course?

In the first year you will study A2 Mathematics and in the second year
the content of A Level Mathematics is extended by studying modules in further pure mathematics and additional modules in the areas of
mechanics, statistics and decision mathematics.

The topics covered include:

Further Pure Mathematics:
· Inequalities, complex numbers, numerical solution of equations,
first order differential equations, second order differential equations and polar coordinates.

Decision Mathematics:
· Algorithms, algorithms on graphs, the route inspection problem,
critical path analysis, linear programming, matchings and flows
in networks.

How will I be assessed?
Assessed through examinations.
