About the course:
A one year, Level 4 professional Diploma in Counselling Supervision. Successful candidates will be qualified to work as a supervisor of counsellors in private practice, the NHS or as part of a Charity.

98% of all students from this course end up working as a Counselling Supervisor either in private practice, employed by an organisation or both.

Course Content:
Candidates will learn in depth about the Person-Centred Approach in relation to Supervision; do presentations; work in small groups, triads, pairs and as a community; take part in personal consultation groups and explore ethical practice. They will gain experience through a work placement.

Equipment Requirements:
You will be required to supply audio tapes, adequate paper, pens & folder to enable participation in all theory classes

Assessment:
Assessments is carried out via case studies, presentations, taped sessions and reports.

Progression:
Progression on to Further Education

Additional Information:
Attendance - part time, one session per week

Enrolment Instructions:
An Interview will be required before enrolment onto this course. If you are recieving a qualifying means-tested benefit the tuition fees for some courses can be reduced, however you will still need to pay for Exams and Administration costs.You must claim tuition fee remission with proof before enrolment.
