Course programme

The course consists of:

  • Manual Metal Arc Welding, Metal Arc Gas-Shielded Welding (MIG)
  • Fabrication Processes (Sheet Metal).
Course Assessment Method

The scheme is modular, each unit standing alone emphasising practical skills with the complementary written paper testing relevant knowledge. A full certificate is awarded to candidates who successfully complete all units. Certificates are countersigned by the Welding Institute who partner the scheme.
