ABC Teaching Assistant
ABC Teaching Assistant

This Teaching Assistant course is a fully accredited qualification. To gain the full qualifiaction you are required to complete a 60 hour school placement. You also do need to sit a one-hour multiple choice exam where you will need to be supervised by a fully qualified teacher.

This distance learning course has 9 units all together, four of those are manditory and then you will need to choose three of the other five units.
The manditory units covered are:

  • Supporting the curriculum


  • Supporting the school

    The optional units are:
     

  • Supporting ICT in the classroom


  • Supporting pupils with special education needs
