ABC Technical Certificate in Fabrication and Welding Level 2

This is a part time adult evening only course.

If successful, you will be awarded a certificate from ABC that is countersigned by The Welding Institute (a partner in the scheme).

This course is intended to improve your competence in three welding disciplines:

• MAGS (Metal Arc Gas Shielded),
• TAGS (Tungsten Arc Gas Shielded),
• MMA (Manual Metal Arc),
• and related studies including health & safety and science & calculations.

There is a theoretical input for each of the units, this will be covered by handouts, demonstrations and short informal discussions. You will have access to resource material if required. Each unit will end with a short examination.
