Jason worked in organisational development in the UK, Europe and the Middle and Far East for 14 years, before founding his own consultancy PitchBlue Solutions. His main area of expertise is in the application of behavioural science to organisational and people development. He is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and his professional qualifications include an MBA from Oxford University. Jason is also an NLP trainer approved by the Association for Integrative Psychology.
