What will I study?

Duration:
One year for AS Level and a further year to complete the A Level.

Do I need any additional qualifications/ skills?

How will I be assessed?
At AS there are two examinations of one and half hours each. At A2 there are two examinations of two hours each.

What can I do afterwards?
You could go on to study accounting or business related subjects at University. It would also serve as a good grounding for working in accounting, management or business administration.

Are there any additional costs involved?
You will need to purchase a textbook for both AS and A2 costing approximately £19 each.

Entry Requirements
You need to be confident handling and understanding numbers and should be expecting to achieve a B grade in GCSE Mathematics. In addition you need to be organised, logical, able to learn and retain lots of information and to produce work that is precise and accurate for example following examples exactly. This is in addition to the standard College entry requirements for the programme you have chosen.
