This course will introduce you to the acting techniques created by Rudolf Laban, common referred to as Movement Psychology or Laban.

Movement is as the core of this innovative and inspiring way of looking at performance. A series of movement will be explored unlocking a large tapestry of character choices, as well as giving you the basis tools with which to analyse and decode a performance and a character within a text.
