The Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) is the most popular initial TEFL course and is accepted in language schools worldwide. 120 contact hours includes six hours of assessed teaching practice with learners of English, written assignments and study of teaching methodology and classroom practice.
We also offer English language classes (ESOL).

The Directors taught English and managed courses in the UK and overseas for many years. They later helped to establish CELTA courses at one of the main CELTA providers in the north of England. Action English was established independentlyand is growing quickly.
