Acupressure Course
About the Level 4 Acupressure Certificate
Acupressure is an alternative therapy which has derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This therapy is similar to acupuncture in the way that both therapies involve a practitioner applying pressure to certain points on the body. However unlike acupuncture, acupressure does not involve any needles.
This kind of therapy is often used to treat circulation, muscular pain an also decrease tension. During this course, our students will learn the ways in which acupressure can help patients, by studying modules in pressure points, the meridian system and the body as a whole. They will also examine how medicine differs in the east and the west.
