Install and configure a basic infrastructure with a single domain using an existing deployment plan.

This course is for database administrators who want to build on their knowledge of Lotus Domino 6.

Prerequisites
Completion of ND750.

Course Content
Module 1: Plan a basic Domino infrastructure
Module 2: Install the Domino server software
Module 3: Set up the first Domino server
Module 4: Create a database to track Domino/Notes licenses
Moudle 5: Create a additional certifiers for servers and users per an established naming scheme
Module 6: Create server IDs per an established naming scheme
Module 7: Set up servers in the Domino domain per an established naming scheme
Module 8: Create user groups
Module 9: Create Organisational policy
Module 10: Create internal Domino user IDs per an established naming scheme
Module 11: Install the Notes workstation software
Module 12: Add workstations to a Domino Domain
Module 13: Specify administration preferences
Module 14: Allow/restrict server access
Module 15: Allow administrators access to the Domino Directory
Module 16: Create a group for server replication
Module 17: Set up the replication schedule to synchronise Domino system databases in the domain
Module 18: Configure intranet Domino mail routing
Module 19: Establish a mail routing schedule
Module 20: Enable SMTP routing
Module 21: Configure basic and advanced settings for SMTP routing
Module 22: Restrict mail flow to and from the Internet
Module 23: Enable message controls
