Course programme

You will learn how to manipulate the images. It will be assumed that you understand the basic terminology of RAW, JPEG, BMP etc. Various aspects of Photoshop will be used to enhance the image. There will be opportunities for you to experiment with 3D effects, and improve light and shade in greyscale graphics. Also, how to combine a greyscale graphic with colour, plus image extension and creative art, e.g. Retro art and cartoon art. Computer skills are necessary (you will not require your camera). You will need to bring along your SD Memory Card, or Memory Stick.The course will involve mainly practical work supplied by tutor-led theory sessions and guidance.
