This course is for people who will be delivering and managing customer service. You will be working without direct supervision or on your own. It is suitable for people who can influence what happens at work, have good communication skills and a wide knowledge of what to do, who to see and where to go to get things done for the customer and are aware of the pressures facing the organisation or business. It is likely you will have experience of working in a customer service role.

About this course
You should have four GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and maths, or a relevant Level 2 qualification and be employed in a customer service role.
