Course programme
The apprentice should be employed in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector. Your employer should provide a fresh food, bar and restaurant area as well as the opportunity for you to supervise other employees during the course of study.
What qualifications or experience do I need ?You must have been resident in UK last 3 years and be working a minimum of 30 paid hours per week You should preferably possess a level 2 cookery or food service qualification VRQ or NVQ and your English, ICT and Maths skills should be assessed at a minimum of level 1
What will I study ?Level 3 Certificate In Hospitality & Catering Principles 50061860 Level 3 NVQ Diploma In Hospitality Supervision & Leadership 60008611 Level 2 Functional Skills Maths Level 2 Functional Skills English ERR is embedded into the knowledge qualification
