Advanced Certificate In Practical Craft - Cake Decoration Level 3

This course will be of interest to people who wish to develop their craft skills to a professional standard and builds on the skills that they will have developed when taking the Foundation and Intermediate Certficates.

Three mandatory units:

Investigate aspects of design

Make craft option displaying advanced skills

Understand aspects of law relating to the craft-maker/designer

Chef's whites or other appropriate protective clothing. Tools and materials as specified by and agreed with tutor.

When will I receive my results?

Results will be forwarded on as soon as they are received at the college. Please note that certificates, where awarded, can take up to 4 months to be received at the college before forwarding on to learners.

Candidiates may be considering setting up their own small business or employment within specialist companies. If using these skills in a commercial environment, then a food hygiene qualification is required e.g. The RIPH Foundation Certificate.
