Entry Requirements
Candidates must possess one of the following:
• ICM Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (subject to ICM approval)
• Some other qualifications may permit students to enter at this level. Please consult ICM for full details.

Alternatively, students may enter onto the course if they have a minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant position. A good command of English is also required and must be demonstrated before joining the course.

Assessment

After completion of the course students will be ready to take the relevant ICM exams. These exams have to be taken at an external centre in March, June, September or December. Williams College can assist students who wish to book exams.
