Advanced Prose Fiction Workshop

If you’ve been writing fiction for a while, know you’ve got ahold on the basics but still feel stuck at square one, this is the course that will give you inspiration and support.

There’s no need to write in the dark. Using small tutor-led groups, we’ll analyse work-in-progress piece-by-piece, considering issues of genre, plot, tone, style and dialogue as well as providing practical tips and editorial techniques. Using three, pre-read extracts a week, we can help you develop as a writer and learn from the experience of your peers.

The objective is to give you a clear editing strategy and help you work out where your strengths lie and what sort of writer you are.
