An assessor will visit the workplace regularly to assess your competence and to help you build a portfolio of evidence. You will attend College one day per fortnight to complete the Technical Certificate.

Agriculture is an important sector and as Craven College serves a large rural community we understand the needs of employers and the workforce. Opportunities range from the traditional smaller farm or specialist farm with rare breeds, to the large commercial farm with a variety of animals and crops. The work is very interesting, varied and rewarding but be prepared for long days and working in all weather conditions.

  • Promote & Monitor Health & Safety
Careers and Progression
  • Degree level study
  • Higher Apprenticeship at Level 4
