This is an ideal course for those wishing to continue their personal development whilst employed in the agricultural industry. The course involves studying for a Diploma plus supporting qualifications. Practical skills are developed in the workplace supported by part-time attendance at College. You will study safe working practices, personal development, livestock, crops, machinery and maintaining boundaries.

What qualifications will I get?Level 2 Workbased Diploma in Agriculture
How will I be assessed?You`ll need to attend College one day per week and will be required to build separate portfolios of work, complete assignments and to pass a range of external examinations at each stage( although you may be exempt from some areas if you already have suitable GCSE passes)
What are the entry requirements?Minimum qualifications: Level 1
GCSE Mathematics and English at D or equivalent. You must have suitable employment before your Apprenticeship can begin.
What can I do after this course?If you successfully complete the Level 2 Apprenticeship you may be able to progress to the Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship, with your employer`s agreement and suitable job role.
