Anger is self-poisoning and can ruin relationships, weaken our immune system and destroy our quality of life.
Being willing to change and being calmly assertive are the two keys to success. Being willing to change means you are up for doing something about your anger. Being assertive means expressing your thoughts, feelings and beliefs in a direct, honest and calm way, while respecting yourself and others and without violating the rights of others. The result is a ‘win-win’ outcome for everyone.
