Module 2: if you are determined, you'll do it. How to change your reactions. Being willing to change. How to be assertive. Consequences of being assertive. Assertiveness reduces anger. How to become assertive. How to say No. When you have to say Yes.

Module 3: Dealing with anger in a healthy way. Handling pressure. Managing your time better. Identifying your best time of day. Dealing with other people's anger. Divorce: how to deal with the anger.

Module 4: Look at your lifestyle. Breathing properly. Relaxing easily. Moving your body. Gentle home work-out. Sleeping well.

Module 5: Protect your mental health: smiling & laughing, trying to forgive, living in the present, being eager to try new things, keeping mentally active, being flexible & adaptable, being optimistic & enthusiastic, no worrying, regrets or feeling guilty, keeping in contact, having purpose & meaning in life, having interests, enjoying the simple things, having discipline & routine, creating peace, tranquility, serenity.
