Anxiety and Depression in Young People

Many young people experience anxiety and depression.

The course covers:

• key issues about anxiety and depression
• signs and signals
• the impact of anxiety and depression
• relationship between anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicide
• practical strategies for helping those with or affected by anxiety or depression.

Cost
The fees include all costs including travel and standard materials (each course has a full pack of handouts). They do not cover trainers' overnight accommodation (if required) or the cost of training packs that Young People in Focus sells commercially such as ESCAPE, Wavelength, or Working with Young People.

Expenses: All trainers' expenses such as travel and subsistence costs (but not accommodation when required) are covered in Young People in Focus' fee.

Cancellation Charges: If you have to cancel a course, charges apply.
