SCOR contains a detailed and comprehensive set of performance metrics and best practices that companies can use to evaluate their supply chain performance.

This course consists of two closely integrated parts. The first part contains a detailed review of the content of the two-volume Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR) sourcebook. The second part of the course consists in a review of the basic steps used to create and manage a SCOR improvement program. In both parts of the course participants will apply elements of the SCOR framework, participate in discussion as to how SCOR can be used in a supply chain improvement program, and perform in-class exercises. The goal of the course is to prepare participants to begin their journey on how to use SCOR in a supply chain improvement program. A secondary objective is to assist participants prepare for and pass the APICS SCOR Endorsement test.
