The course can be delivered on a companies premises and group rate would be available on application. Individuals applying for the course will be put on a waiting list until a viable group size is achieved.

Course Description:
It is designed to give a step-by-step guide to the appraisal process. Find out what the appraisal system is for and how to get the most from it from an organisational and staff prospective.

Description Breakdown:
The learner will be shown useful and practical techniques for appraising staff using a variety of methods,be able to to prepare for the an effective appraisal so it becomes a development tool. By the end of the training employees should be able to :
