As an apprentice you will spend all of your time working for an employer and learning in the workplace. You may have the opportunity of attending some workshops throughout your course, where you will learn the technical and legal aspects of your job.
To achieve the Apprenticeship, you will complete a number of
qualifications including the NVQ Level 2 in Sales of Residential Property, a Technical Certificate and Functional Skills*. You will cover a number of units which could include:
· Implement marketing plans for the sale of properties
· Advise prospective buyers on properties
· Provide market appraisals of properties.
How will I be assessed?
Assessments are carried out through practical skills assessments and observations of you at work. A Personal Assessor will make regular visits to your workplace to carry out reviews of your progress and to ensure that you are on target to gain your qualifications.
How long will it take?
The time taken for you to achieve your Apprenticeship will depend on how well you get on at work, but most of all, it will depend on your own
commitment and motivation to complete your training. As a general
rule, this Apprenticeship will take 15-18 months.

Achieving this Apprenticeship will give you the equivalent of

*You may be exempt if you have recently achieved a good grade in English Language and Maths at GCSE.
