Content / Overview:
If you have an interest and ability in art, then this BTEC First Certificate course provides you with an opportunity to develop your skills. You will explore a wide range of art, design and craft activities, building up a portfolio for progression. Topics include 2D and 3D communications, reseraching artists and designs, vocational context, exploration and developing ideas and production of outcome. Specialist topic: working to a graphic design brief.

A practical, hands-on course.

Assessment:
100% coursework.

Progression:
A Levels in Art and Design or Applied Art and Design.
