Course Summary

There are three fundamental tools for being an outstanding manager

1. To be able to motivate your team
2. To be able to properly delegate to them, and
3. To understand what it takes before a person can be empowered.

Whilst some managers are born with an instinct for this, the bulk of managers realise it is a skill they must develop.

Learn the characteristics you need to know about a person before you can motivate, delegate or empower them. Look at the rule for delegation, the rules for empowerment, and the information you need to know about your team members before you can properly motivate them.
