Course programme

No formal qualifications required, just a basic knowledge and desire to learn.


This artisan bread course is for beginners or who would like to develop their knowledge of bread making. You will begin to understand the secrets of pre ferments, sour doughs and polish. Throughout the day you will prepare and bake a range of breads and enriched doughs.


You will be invited to take home all the products you make.


You could choose to study a full qualification in patisserie or if eligible choose one of our short courses.
