It explores the requirements and benefits of strategic management, balancing theory and practice within the context of the prevailing social, political, economic and technological environments. It focuses on public and voluntary sector arts organisations, but also addresses key commercial sector issues.

- On the basis of prior learning and achievement, exemption may be possible for up to 50 per cent of Year 1 elements on the PgDip and MA programmes.
Please note: for applicants whose first language is not English, an IELTS score of 7.0 is required for entry to the programme.
