2. Course description This is an exciting course taught through practical workshops teaching you a variety of practical skills and developing your ability to understand visual communication - something you are exposed to and utilise constantly in our image saturated society. This course aims to develop your understanding of Photography, as a form of artistic expression and as a medium of communication and social documentation. You will familiarise yourself with the practice, history, principles and application of photography. You will use both traditional and digital photography and will learn how to make aesthetic and technical judgements.
