Who is the course for?
This course is aimed at junior managers and those who are leading teams, also for staff who are progressing to a supervisory position.

What is the course about?
The course consists of 8 mandatory modules :

>The Role of the Supervisor in the Management of Others
>Effective Time Management
>The Recruitment and Selection of Staff
>Supervising the Section or Department
>Effective Communication
>Basic Finance for the Supervisor
>Analysing Training Needs for Staff
>Personal Development

Will I need anything else?
The cost of the course is 300 at present.

How long & often do I attend?
Start Date: Throughout the year.
End Date: 12 weeks from enrolment date.

Students will follow an Individual Learning Plan.

How will I be assessed?
End of unit assessments are submitted for marking and feedback by Field Based Tutors.
On successful completion a 45 minute multi choice exam will be taken.

What opportunities will this lead to?
On successful completion of the programme students will have the underpinning knowledge to progress onto higher level qualifications including: NVQ Level 3 in Management NEBS Certificate in Supervisory Management ISM Certificate in Management.
