What's it all about?:
Do you find it difficult to stand up for what you believe in? Do you express your thoughts, feelings and beliefs in unsuitable and inappropriate ways? Our course will show you how to become assertive in your dealings with others. You'll learn practical techniques and tips to be able to stand up for your rights in such a way that you do not violate another person's rights. You'll learn how to feel comfortable expressing your needs, wants and opinions in direct, honest and appropriate ways.
