This qualification has been designed for learners who are seeking to progress to higher education to enter the second year of a Bachelor’s degree course in an area of management.
This qualification aims to develop learners understanding of management and to develop key management skills.
These qualifications are designed for learners from aged 19 and above.
Learners who complete this qualification can progress to the ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management which provides entry to the third year of a variety of Bachelor’s Degree Top-Up Programmes at a university such as our partner universities including Anglia Ruskin University, London School of Business and Management, University of Bolton, Coventry University and Southampton Solent University. Learner should take the Level 4 Diploma if new to management or are seeking a first management role, have already either achieved Level 3 qualifications, completed training at this level in a related area to management or have prior, relevant experience in the workplace or want to develop a comprehensive set of knowledge, understanding and skills relating to management.
The centre will contact you to discuss the requirement of the course and provide additional information on the process of enrolment. The centre will provide information, advice and guidance on the progression routes and employment opportunities on completing the course. After the discussions, the centre can also invite the learner to join a Taster Session which will introduce them to the tutor and the teaching and delivery of the programme. This is normally last approx 30 minutes. The centre also provide a FLEXI-PAY plan for learners who are looking to pay the fees in instalments.
