Attachment Theory - What and How for Practitioners

Attachment theory has been of major significance to the psychological and therapeutic services for many years. It impacts upon every relationship that an individual has throughout their lives and will impact upon the practitioner's work with their clients.

This workshop will explore what attachment theory is, explore the practitioner's attachment style so they can recognise how their own way of being will impact upon the work.

There will be discussions of how to work with various attachment styles and how these styles can frame the therapeutic relationship.
