Automatic External Defibrillator Course
The Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) is used when a casualty suffers a cardiac arrest and the use of an AED can dramatically improve the chances of survival. Candidates do not require a first aid certificate to attend this course as CPR training is also included.
The delegates will receive a certificate valid for six months.
Oxygen Therapy Course
This course includes theory on Oxygen Therapy and how it can be used in conjunction with CPR. Delegates will be shown how to recognise whether a casualty will benefit from oxygen therapy and taught the correct method of administration. Delegates will also be shown how to store and use oxygen safely. Certificates are valid for 12 months.
The delegates will receive a certificate valid for six months.
The price is £300 for each course, up to 12 delegates.
