Who is it for?

It is becoming increasingly important in all professions to become qualified. This is as much the case in sales as any other profession. The Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) offer professional, government-approved, internationally-recognised qualifications in selling and sales management. The Level 1 Award in Basic Sales Skills aims to give candidates a basic understanding of the sales role and sales skills.
