What will you be learning?
This course is for fitness instructors who wish to develop their ability to teach group-based exercise. You will learn: How to plan and teach safe and effective sessions; principles of training; adapting exercise for various skill levels; teaching skills, and bodys response to exercise.

What happens when you have finished?
You can progress onto another Level 2 fitness course.

You may not have to pay this tuition fee if:

• You are unemployed and in receipt of Jobseekers Allowance (contribution-based)
• You are in receipt of, or are an un-waged dependent of someone currently in receipt of any of the following "income-based" benefits:
  • Income-based Jobseekers Allowance (JSA)
  • Income-related Employments and Support ALlowance (ESA)
  • Income Support
  • Working Tax Credit (your assessed household income needs to be less than 15,276 per year (amount subject to change)
  • Housing Benefit
  • Council Tax Benefit (excluding the 25% single person reduction)
  • Pension Credit - Guaranteed only
