Award in Customer Service

The Award in Customer Service is made up of one mandatory Unit and a range of optional Units from which candidates must complete one. Customer service impacts on all occupational sectors. People working in for example, hotels, retail outlets or travel organisations; beauty therapy, hairdressing or sports centres; local authorities or voluntary organisations, etc all require effective customer service skills and knowledge.

With a vibrant, modern and innovative learning environment, the College is well equipped to ensure that students have the best facilities and resources to help develop their learning and skills. The College is an essential provider of a vast range of courses all focused on developing relevant skills for employment and to enhance current career prospects for those who are already working. For 2016-17 it was established that 86% of HN graduates at the College progressed into employment or further study.
