Course Structure
In order to gain a full Award in Food Safety (Level 2) these units will be studied; *Food Legislation, *Food Safety Hazards, *Temperature Control, *Refrigeration, Chilling and Cold Holding, *Cooking, Hot Holding, *Food Handling, *Cleaning.
