Mark Worthington BSc(Hons) MBII, MIOL, CMS retired from Northamptonshire Police in August 2014 having served as the County Licensing Sergeant. He became involved in the licensing arena in 1996 and has worked within that role for the last 18 years, specialising solely on licensing issues since 2005.
