Our teacher was brilliant and I could ask all kind of questions. She always answered and tried to help you understand everything. I had been strugglinf for ages with some content and she knew how to make me understand. The theoretical content was in-depth enough to help me with my clients. The practical part of the course was perfect because I know I am able to offer this service to my clients.

Charaka, a classical Ayurvedic writer, defines disease and health thus, 'A disharmony among the constituents which support the body is known as disease; their harmony is called health, the state of normality. A sense of well-being is characteristic of the absence of disease, for disease is always associated with discomfort'.
This beautiful Facial is a detoxifying treatment that utilises natural products from pure essential oils, botanical extracts and herbal preparations to deeply cleanse, hydrate and rejuvenate the skin. It includes a facial steam and a Marma Point Massage to relax and relieve the stress lines that are a result of everyday life.
