Harmony represents health, and disharmony causes disease. This is the message of the classical Ayurvedic writer Charaka.

During this 2 day Course we will learn the fundamental principles of Ayurveda and their application to facial massage.

This beautiful Facial is a detoxifying treatment that utilises natural products from pure essential oils, botanical extracts and herbal preparations to deeply cleanse, hydrate and rejuvenate the skin. It includes a facial steam and a Marma Point Massage to relax and relieve the stress lines that are a result of everyday life.

What I would highlight Our teacher was brilliant and I could ask all kind of questions. She always answered and tried to help you understand everything. I had been strugglinf for ages with some content and she knew how to make me understand. The theoretical content was in-depth enough to help me with my clients. The practical part of the course was perfect because I know I am able to offer this service to my clients.

What I would highlight Ayurvedic oils and creams are divine because now I look five years younger. My skin is soft and replenished. Right now I am really relaxed because the heat from the hot stones dissolved all the tension in my neck. This Ayurveda course also made me realise that I had not felt a sense of well being during years. This course is much more than a facial massage. I am really looking forward my next appointment.
