Description Breakdown:
Students learn about how to work within an office environment including dealing with telephone calls, writing memos, Health and Safety, filing, petty cash, organisation of a company, qualities of an office worker, office supplies, writing formal letters, purchasing and sale of goods. The course also follows the adult ESOL and ICT curriculum helping students to operate and achieve at national ESOL standards in Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing, and ICT.
