English and Creative Writing at Kent is challenging, flexible, and wide-ranging. Literature modules cover both traditional areas (such as Shakespeare or Dickens) and newer fields such as American literature, postcolonial literature and recent developments in literary theory. Creative Writing options allow you to choose from a range of poetry and prose modules and develop your own voice and style.
