The house was 180 £ per mont and person. You can find a bit cheaper and also more expensive. The bus was 9£ a week.I absolutely recommend it. You will have class 3-4 days a week so a lot of free time.

Course programme
Years 1 and 2 introduce the background knowledge and basic principles required by the profession.
Year 1 modules include Law, CAD, Surveying Measurement, Design & Structural Principles and Building Surveying Project.
Year 2 comprises modules in Economics, Building Science and Materials and Construction Technology.
In Years 3 and 4 the basic principles introduced in the first two years become more applied in relation to the specific needs of the building surveying industry such as construction and performance.
Year 3 modules include: Construction Technology, Built and Environmental Conservation, and Building Design and Practice,
Year 4 modules comprise Contract Administration, Professional Practice and Project, and Building Physics
Years 5 and 6 are designed to further develop, integrate and apply the knowledge and skills already gained. Key elements across these two years are the dissertation module where you choose an area of research in which you have a particular interest and and the project module which focuses on a real life scenario.
Other Year 5 modules include Building Performance and Regulation and Financial Management and Economics.
Year 6 modules include Building Assessment and Conversion and Adaptation.
